Green Dot Cyprus is seeking to recruit an Administrative Officer.

Qualifications:

  • University degree in Business Administration or a related field.

  • Strong communication skills.

  • Very good knowledge of computer applications (Word / Excel).

  • Very good command of the Greek and English languages.

  • Knowledge of legal matters will be considered an additional advantage.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Registration and training of new members.

  • Preparation of Board of Directors meeting minutes.

  • Monitoring of relevant legislation.

  • Management of eProcurement system.

  • Delivery of presentations to organised groups.

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Thursday: 08:00 – 16:30

  • Friday: 08:00 – 14:00

(Flexible working hours are offered, ±1 hour from the standard schedule.)
