The collaboration between Green Dot Cyprus and the Non-Packaging Paper Waste Management Company (DI.HA.) marks an important step towards the proper management of non-packaging paper in Cyprus.
The agreement, which has been approved by the Department of Environment, provides for Green Dot to undertake the collection and management of household non-packaging paper in all areas where it operates.
In addition, Green Dot has been appointed as DI.HA.’s exclusive representative for the registration of obligated members, the collection of declarations and the management of the relevant payments.
Non-packaging paper includes, among other materials, newspapers, magazines, books, office paper, school notebooks, envelopes, directories and other paper and cardboard printed materials.
