Green Dot Cyprus is seeking to recruit a Reception and Customer Service Officer.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Secretarial Studies.

  • Strong communication skills.

  • Very good knowledge of computer applications (Word / Excel).

  • Very good command of the Greek and English languages.

  • A university degree or previous experience in similar positions will be considered an additional advantage.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assistance with reception duties and preparation of conference facilities.

  • Cooperation with colleagues for information sharing and reporting of any issues.

  • Telephone communication with the public for problem resolution and provision of explanations.

  • Telephone communication with other partners of the Organisation.

  • Telephone communication with the Organisation’s contractors for reporting issues and monitoring their resolution.

  • Preparation of the daily log book for collection-related issues and forwarding it to collection contractors.

  • Monitoring contractors’ responses to the log book.

  • Reporting serious or recurring issues involving the public or contractors to Management.

  • Other accounting-related tasks.

  • Ordering office supplies, supermarket items, etc.

Remuneration:

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Thursday: 08:00 – 16:30

  • Friday: 08:00 – 14:00

(Flexible working hours are offered, ±1 hour from the standard schedule.)
