Green Dot Cyprus is seeking to recruit a Reception and Customer Service Officer.
Qualifications:

Diploma in Secretarial Studies.

Strong communication skills.

Very good knowledge of computer applications (Word / Excel).

Very good command of the Greek and English languages.
-
A university degree or previous experience in similar positions will be considered an additional advantage.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
-
Assistance with reception duties and preparation of conference facilities.
-
Cooperation with colleagues for information sharing and reporting of any issues.
-
Telephone communication with the public for problem resolution and provision of explanations.
-
Telephone communication with other partners of the Organisation.
-
Telephone communication with the Organisation’s contractors for reporting issues and monitoring their resolution.
-
Preparation of the daily log book for collection-related issues and forwarding it to collection contractors.
-
Monitoring contractors’ responses to the log book.
-
Reporting serious or recurring issues involving the public or contractors to Management.
-
Other accounting-related tasks.

Ordering office supplies, supermarket items, etc.

Working Hours:

Monday to Thursday: 08:00 – 16:30
-
Friday: 08:00 – 14:00
